You could purchase one or more vouchers of different denominations which could be redeemed across different products subject to Shopper’s Stop conditions.
The vouchers will be delivered within 72 hours of purchase.
The vouchers can only be delivered in the Kolkata region (including Howrah).
You can send gifts to ONLY one address at a time. To send gifts to more than one address, you will be prompted to log in again at a specific point in the transaction process
Please mention your address/recipient’s address/ recipient’s contact numbers accurately. Our delivery team will first confirm the address and the contact numbers before proceeding to deliver the vouchers.
The vouchers will be delivered with an ABP greeting card with your message written on it. Hence, you must pen down a personal note for your recipient.
In case of deliveries failing for wrong addresses, an email will be sent to you for further confirmation. If the delivery fails twice for wrong contact numbers/addresses etc. then we will rout back the payments to your credit card account.

Shoppers' Stop vouchers are valid across all 22 existing stores on a Pan India basis (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Lucknow, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Kolkata).
We also allow redemption at Home Stop. Our new venture that caters to all Home needs, presently located at Bangalore & InOrbit Mall - Malad, Mumbai.
Shoppers Stop vouchers are redeemable across premium brands which are exclusive only to us such as Mothercare (UK)- Merchandise for expecting mothers and new born children, Damas Jewellery(Dubai),Austin Reed (UK)- High end Men's wear sold at Shoppers Stop and Crossword - Books, Movies, Music & Stationary.
The vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. (1 Year)
The vouchers are valid on all merchandise except Mobile Phones & the FACET shop where present.
The bearer however has the option to redeem his/ her voucher against other gold & diamond brands such as Gili, Popley, Adora, Nirvana, Sparkles, Damas etc.
The vouchers are also valid on our End of Season Sale prices where all merchandise is sold at a discount. The bearer of the voucher gets to buy merchandise at discounted prices using the Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash as well as smaller Gift Voucher denominations.
No cash shall be refunded / credit note issued for part utilisation of the Gift Vouchers.

Only valid vouchers at the sole discretion of Shoppers' Stop shall be accepted for redemption.
Gift Vouchers if lost, misplaced or stolen no duplicate vouchers shall be reissued.
