You could purchase one or more vouchers of different denominations which could be redeemed by its holder across any one of the two stores subject to conditions of Phillips Arena and Sound of Music: Philips Arena, 42 Park Mansion, 57 A Park Street, Kolkata 16, Opposite Mocambo Restaurant Sound of Music, 44 A Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Kolkata 16
The vouchers will be delivered within 72 hours of purchase.
The vouchers can only be delivered in the Kolkata region (including Howrah).
Across these two stores you can find items ranging from Steam iron, gas stoves, water purifiers, refrigerators, TVs, music systems, washing machines and so on
Please mention your address/recipient’s address/ recipient’s contact numbers accurately. Our delivery team will first confirm the address and the contact numbers before proceeding to deliver the vouchers.
The vouchers will be delivered with an ABP greeting card with your message written on it. Hence, you must pen down a personal note for your recipient.
You can send gifts to ONLY one address at a time. To send gifts to more than one address, you will be prompted to log in again at a specific point in the transaction process
In case of deliveries failing for wrong addresses, an email will be sent to you for further confirmation. If the delivery fails twice for wrong contact numbers/addresses etc. then we will rout back the payments to your credit card account.
Terms and conditions
The vouchers are valid only till 16-Nov-2007.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash as well as smaller voucher denominations.
The voucher can be used on (Recommended price) MRP only. It cannot be used to pay for negotiated discounts by the buyer of the product in the store.
No cash shall be refunded / credit note issued for part utilisation of the vouchers.
Only valid vouchers at the sole discretion of the either of the two stores mentioned above shall be accepted for redemption.
Vouchers if lost, misplaced or stolen no duplicate vouchers shall be reissued.
